I have accomplished this fitness. In discussion with my Advisor, instruments were designed to measure how employees at Westchester Community College, a junior college within the State University of New York higher education system, perceive their work environment. The utilization of the instruments offered routes to the advancement of procedures for the improvement of workplace of the organization.
